Your physical Diners Club card does not grant you entry to the lounge. However, all you have to do is download and activate the Priority Pass application. Priority Pass is part of your credit card privileges.
When you arrive at the lounge, open the Priority Pass application and present the QR code to the digital reader. A screen will show you the steps to follow.
Aéroport de Québec Inc. does not have direct agreements with credit cards. It is the credit card issuers who make agreements, for some of their cards, with private access programs to lounges around the world. These agreements result in privileges for the holders of certain credit cards. On the official website specific to your credit card, you will find information about your privileges and, if it is written that you have access to the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med at the Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB), what is the procedure to follow.

Do you have a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card with Lounge Key?
Several Canadian financial institutions have ended their partnership with Lounge Key in the spring and summer of 2022. Before entering the lounge, contact your financial institution to confirm which application to download as your provider may no longer be Lounge Key.
If you are an American Express Cardmember with a Centurion® Card, Platinum Card®, Business Platinum CardTM from American Express or American Express® Corporate Platinum Card, you can access the lounge by scanning your Priority Pass membership using the Priority Pass mobile app at the eGate. Amex and Priority Pass terms & conditions and guest access policy apply. You are permitted complimentary entry into the lounge for yourself and one guest; entry fees apply to additional guests. If you haven’t yet enrolled for a Priority Pass membership, please call the number on the back of your Card to request enrollment.
If your American Express Card is listed above but you haven't yet enrolled for a Priority Pass membership, please call Customer Service at 1-866-257-0878 in order to request enrollment.

If your benefits are from VISA, please download and register in the VISA Airport Companion mobile app by DragonPass and scan your QR code on the digital reader.
If your benefits are from MasterCard, please download and register in the MasterCard Travel Pass mobile app by DragonPass and scan your QR code on the digital reader.
You have free access to the lounge if you present one of the cards below AND an Air Canada boarding pass for a same-day departure from YQB. You can also have a guest travelling with Air Canada:
In addition, Air Canada Business Class passengers holding a Business Class fare for any leg of their itinerary starting at YQB have free access to the lounge. However, they may not have a guest.

Some Air France passengers have complimentary access to the lounge. These passengers will receive a QR code when they check in at the Air France counter at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB). Upon arrival at the lounge, they will have to present this QR code AND an Air France boarding pass for a departure from YQB the same day. These are the types of passengers:

Have you booked a package from the Luxury Collection? Consult the voucher that Transat has sent you by e-mail. The voucher is part of a PDF document containing information about your trip. It contains instructions for free access to the lounge.
Other Air Transat passengers can benefit from a preferential rate by following the procedure posted in the electronic documents provided by Transat following their purchase of an airline ticket or package.
Access to the lounge on presentation of a Mastercard or Priority Pass card has ended.
Access to the lounge is now available to World or World Elite Mastercard cardholders in Canada. Please download the new Mastercard Travel Pass app and register your Mastercard and any other passes provided to you by your issuer to confirm your eligibility.
